Do You Have A Retail Store?​

We are an online apparel company based in Nashville, Tennessee. We do not have a physical location at this time, however, you can purchase products through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We are also at many festivals in the middle Tennessee region.

How Long Will it Take?

For most orders, we are processing within 3 to 5 business days. If we do not have the item in stock, it may take a little longer, but we will contact you if this is the case. 

Once we print and process your order it will be shipped as soon as possible which could take up to 7 days. There may be some circumstances where it may take up to 10 to 14 days. In those instances, we'll reach out to you and let you know.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. 

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We offer multiple payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Meta Pay and JCB.

Do You Accept Returns/Refunds?

Yes, we certainly do. We want you to LUV our products as much as we do! If you are not fully satisfied with our product, our return policy can be found here.

Can I Change My Order or Cancel It After It Has Been Placed?

What Sizes Do You Offer?

We offer a range of sizes to accommodate all our customers. Our standard sizes typically range from S to 2XL. On many designs we also offer XS and 3XL. Specific sizing details can be found on each product page. If you do not see your size or would prefer to have it on another color, just shoot us an email at support@luvthepaw.com.

Where Can I See Your Products in Person?

While we don’t have a physical store, you can often find us at festivals and events across Middle Tennessee. Check out our social media or events calendar for updates on where we’ll be next! 3 Dog Bakery in Mt. Juliet, TN also carries many of our latest designs.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future.

Can I Customize a Shirt?

Currently, we do not offer custom designs. However, we’re always adding new styles and love hearing customer suggestions. Feel free to contact us with ideas!

How Are Your Products Made?

We take pride in our printing process! All of our products are printed in-house at our Nashville studio using a combination of high-quality plastisol and advanced water-based transfers.

We source our transfers from the top print and decorating manufacturers in the United States. Our plastisol transfers are known for their light hand and soft feel. They are phthalate-free and durable, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting designs. Our multi-color transfers are created using advanced technology and eco-friendly, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified water-based inks. They're designed to withstand numerous washes without cracking or fading.

All designs are applied using commercial-grade heat presses, guaranteeing a professional finish that reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@luvthepaw.com or text us at 615-830-0343 with photos of the damage, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
