Giving back is close to our hearts and is why we proudly give a portion of our sales to pet rescues, shelters and other causes that take care of our furry friends. In addition, we donate apparel, gift cards, and other items to these rescues to use as giveaways and charity auction items. This month, a portion of every purchase is donated to Bonaparte’s Retreat Dog Rescue, a Nashville-based rescue dedicated to helping overlooked pups find their forever homes. When you shop with us, you’re not just repping pet love—you’re helping save lives. That’s a win-win we LUV.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns 
We want you to LUV your new item(s). Returns on apparel are hassle-free within 30 days. Pet toys, koozies, dog treats and any sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@luvthepaw.com within 30 days with your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We ask that you take a picture of your t-shirt or other item purchased as we expect the item you are returning is in the same condition as it was sent to you - new, clean, and unworn.

We’ll provide a return label for eligible items, which you’ll need to print and attach to your package. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are happy to exchange it. We do require a receipt or proof of purchase and it must be unworn and in new condition. Shipping fees for exchanges after 30 days may apply. 

Exchanges 
Pick the wrong size or color? Let us know! You can exchange it for the same item. Just send us an email at support@luvthepaw.com. We ask that you take a picture of your t-shirt or other item purchased. We'll send you a return label so you can ship back your merch for free and send you another color or size. If you go up to a 2XL or 3XL, additional charges may apply. Shipping fees for exchanges after 30 days may apply. 

Refunds 
Once we receive your email request for a refund, we'll send you a return label so you can ship back your merch for free. Once we receive your return and it is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the merchandise purchased.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@luvthepaw.com. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
